Questions
What’s a credit?
A small unit of work. A typical conversation with aicoo uses about 8, a meeting about 1 a minute; longer conversations and bigger docs use more. Bring your own model key and aicoo doesn’t count what goes through it.
What if I run out?
aicoo tells you, and your credits come back at the start of each month. Until then you can move up a plan in Account, or bring your own model key. Top-ups for Pro and Team, $10 for 800 credits that last 90 days, are coming soon.
How much is Max?
Max comes with 25,000 credits a month, about 15 times Pro, and as many teams as you like. It’s for one person, so it isn’t for sharing an account, reselling aicoo, or running automated jobs around the clock. If use looks like that, we’ll get in touch before we limit anything.
Can I move from Pro to Max?
Yes. Choose Max in Account. Once Max is paid, Pro stops and what’s left of it is credited to your next invoices. To go back to Pro, cancel Max in Account, Manage billing, and choose Pro when it ends.
How does Team billing work?
A team’s owner buys it in aicoo (Account, or the team’s settings) for as many seats as they like, at least 3, and pays for those seats. People take a seat by opening the plan’s invite link or accepting an invitation, and join the team. The owner and the admins they choose manage who’s on it; taking someone off frees their seat. Adding seats is prorated: on the next invoice by the month, straight away by the year.
I already pay for Pro. Does anything change?
No. You keep paying $15 a month, it renews as before, and you get Pro’s 1,600 credits. If your team moves to the Team plan and covers you, you can cancel your own Pro in Account, Manage billing.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Not in one step yet: cancel in Account, Manage billing, and choose the other when your plan ends.
How do I cancel?
In Account, Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of what you paid for, then it stops. There are no partial refunds.
